Our ORBID SOUND ^®  TERRA II subwoofer is a premium active Class D subwoofer. It’s perfect for level-stable bass reproduction in surround sound systems, as a complement to our 2-way or 3-way systems, or simply for those who appreciate powerful, accentuated bass.

The TERRA II subwoofer can be combined with all speakers of the old and new generation from ORBID SOUND ^® and of course with all third-party brands.

The TERRA II subwoofer is the middle member of the ORBID SOUND ^{® subwoofer collection.}

Equipped with a 10″ bass chassis with magnetic core drilling and cast aluminum basket as well as a powerful Class D power amplifier, this subwoofer leaves nothing to be desired.

The rear-mounted Class D power amplifier with high power reserves and a sine power of 150 W at 8 ohms (300 W at 4 ohms) ensures powerful but always controlled bass.

The crossover frequency (from 200 to 40 Hz) can be easily adjusted using a rotary control (variable low-pass). An integrated bass boost provides a 3 dB boost at 40 Hz.

Depending on the location of the subwoofer, the TERRA II subwoofer can be optimally adjusted to the main speakers using a continuously adjustable phase shifter (0-180 degrees).
